No. Florida allows self-represented litigants to file without a lawyer.

How much is a non-lawyer divorce assistance service?

What are the requirements to file for divorce in Florida?
In order to file for divorce in Florida, you need to show proof that you or your spouse have resided in the State of Florida for at least 6 months immediately before the date of filing.
