1 - START - DONE!
Complete the Divorce Intake Form submit it via email or fax (details in the forms) and pay our fees.
2 - REVIEW – CURRENT STAGE
We will return the completed divorce forms typically within 48 hours by email, please review them carefully, especially the parenting plan and let us know if there is anything you would like to add or correct.
3 - SIGN – NEXT STAGE
Decide if you want to come to our office and get the forms notarized by us (no charge) or if you would like to take the documents to a notary of your choice and then mail them back to our office. Send or bring a money order for the court filing fee $408, or $25 if you want a payment plan. Remember that, under certain circumstances, you might qualify for a Court Fee Waiver.
4 – PARENTING CLASS - IMPORTANT
Each parent MUST take a parenting class which you can take online:

IMPORTANT – THE DIVORCE WILL BE DELAYED IF THE CLASS IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE COURT WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER FILING
5 - COURT FILING
We will scan the forms and email you both a scanned copy and submit the originals to the courthouse - YOU MAY NOT NEED TO GO TO COURT AT ALL, depending on the County where you reside.
6 - WAIT
The Court shall set a final hearing for dissolution of marriage, or the judge will sign the divorce final judgment within 30-45 days (this is the typical time frame), you will receive the final judgment directly from the judge in the mail. That shall depend on the County where you filed your case.
